Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We want SideAlign to feel like a simple, low-risk upgrade to your sleep setup. If it is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will help arrange your return. No long explanation required.

To be eligible for a return, your item should be clean, in reasonable condition, and returned with its original packaging where possible. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us first at support@bodycomfortco.com with your order number. We’ll reply with the next steps for your return, including where to send your item if a return is required.

Please do not send items back before contacting us. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Once your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. For comfort or change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will help make it right.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and help make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for items that are returned in an unsanitary condition, heavily damaged after delivery, missing major components, or not connected to a valid order.

Gift cards, if offered, are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As above, your item should be clean, in reasonable condition, and returned with its original packaging where possible. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@bodycomfortco.com.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
